Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

Shipping costs vary by product and location. Some products have free shipping when the minimum purchase is met, while others are calculated at checkout. You can also use our shipping estimator widget at the product pages or at the cart page.

Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Yes, you can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can also check by sending us an email or logging into your customer account.
We do have a processing time of 2-3 business days followed by the shipping method selected. Delivery times depend on the product and your location but can typically take 5-7 business days for delivery. Please check the specific product page for estimated delivery times.

If your order arrives damaged, please fill out our Shipping Claim Form.

Unfortunately, we cannot promise a delivery date, but we will try our best to have the item delivered within the time you request. If any other questions, please contact customer support to arrange a specific delivery date.
We currently offer shipping to Canada.

Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date. The return shipping costs are your own expense, and a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Yes, some items are non-returnable. You can send us an email to make the item you are interested in does not fall under our nonreturnable items.

Products, Installation, and Maintenance

 Yes, we offer samples. On all of our listing pages there is a “ Order Sample” button.

Natural stone products have unique veining, color variations, and textures that add character to your space.

Porcelain and ceramic tiles are subject to standard variances resulting from the manufacturing process. Products are within the industry standard variance levels. Colors in print will not appear exact, photos may not be up not to scale.

Glass tiles, due to the nature of their production, have slight variations in color, texture, and size. Although we aim for uniformity, differences may occur between batches. The colors shown in digital or printed formats might not be completely accurate, and images may not reflect the true scale.

Performance flooring products in their original manufactured condition, will be free from any manufacturing defects caused by improper milling. Such as grading, dimension or coating. New or replacement flooring may not always match samples, printed color photography (including websites and catalogs), existing flooring or other wood products (such as cabinets, stair railings, trim and moldings) due to, among other things, natural variations that occur in species, age, growing conditions, exposure to UV/sunlight and other factors. Consequently, these variations should be expected. Shade variations are an inherent trait.

Yes, we offer custom and hand-made products. Our custom/ handmade items we offer are Shampoo Niches, Soap Holders and Shower Corner Shelves.
